Once you are done and added all the above operations to the correct buttons you can save the controller bindings locally (for yourself and different configurations) and you can also help others in the community that have the same VR device by sharing these bindings with others. To fix the controller mapping for your Oculus controller you can just activate the "Arkio Default Oculus Touch" controller bindings that Johan shared in the community. Here you can select Arkio, this will open a submenu where you can create your bindings or assign new ones from the community. You can find controller bindings by clicking on options>Devices>Controller Settings in the Steam VR dialog. If you dont want to use this feature, and you have a control scheme set up where directional movement doesn't overlap with anything, then simply leave this action unbound.If you are experiencing problems with Steam VR controller bindings you might be missing some headset drivers or using a VR headset that is not (yet) mapped to Arkio's operations.
